Honda is popular in Bangladesh since 1990s and was the most successful brand. Honda Shine: This 125cc motorcycle was developed by Indian production line and was introduced in 2006. This single cylinder bike can gain 0-60 km/h speed only in 5.3 seconds and has both self and kick start options. Nowadays this model from Honda is becoming more popular to people.
Honda Unicorn: This is also produced in India with an engine capacity of 150cc. It was first introduced in 2005 keeping on mind about the road condition in Indian subcontinent. It can achieve acceleration from 0-60 km/h within 5 seconds and the top speed is 114 km/h. This model was introduced to compete with Bajaj Pulsar and TVS Apache in the market.
Honda CB Trigger: This 150cc Indian production was launched in 2013 with CBS technology. This single cylinder 2-wheeler offers mix of masculine and aggressive design with superb performance and fuel efficiency. Tubeless tire with alloy wheel and LED back light gives a special appearance to the bike.
Honda CBR 150r: This 150cc sports bike is produced directly by Honda and was launched in 2002. Later in 2012 it was refurbished and new technology was included and entered into the Indian subcontinent market. This bike has a DOCH four valve, single cylinder engine with six speed transmission.

Availability of Honda Motorcycles in Bangladesh
Honda started to sale motorcycles in Bangladesh in December, 2013 under the brand name Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL), a joint venture with Bangladesh Steel and Engineering Corporation (BSEC). CD80 model is now being produced in Bangladesh. Including this another 5 models are being sold in Bangladesh since then. There are some authorized dealers and distributors in Bangladesh which are working together to ensure the proper marketing and distribution of Honda motorcycles all over the country.
Though Honda motorcycles are a bit costly than the Indian brand motorcycles, but heir durability and product quality are far better. This is the reason why people choose Honda as their prime choice.
